Operations Manager

Tri-Valley Transit Inc., DBA Stagecoach Transportation Services (STSI), is seeking a highly motivated leader to be the Operations Manager for its community transportation operations. The ideal candidate will support STSI in its mission to enhance the economic, social and environmental health of the region by providing public transportation services that are safe, reliable, accessible and affordable for everyone.

The Operations Manager reports to the Regional Director and will manage the day-to-day operations involving buses and drivers in Randolph and Bradford. Overall responsibilities include: 

  • Personnel management
  • Maintenance budget management
  • Vehicle maintenance management
  • Assist with facilities/ground maintenance
  • Safety
  • Scheduling
  • Vehicle related procurement 

Candidates should have at least three (3) years’ experience in the field of management. Transit experience is a plus but not required.

STSI highly values leaders who can be both team players and work well independently. Salary will be dependent upon experience. Excellent benefits including 100% Employer paid health insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, retirement plan, PTO and paid holidays.

This is a 40 plus hour/week position and requires 24/7 availability in emergency situations and the ability to be on call.

DISPATCHER/RIDE COORDINATOR

FULL-TIME BUS DRIVER – RANDOLPH AREA

We are seeking a dedicated individual to work over 25 hours a week. Our drivers work on the front line ensuring all our riders receive safe and reliable transportation.

Position Requires:
• A good driving record
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and maneuver large mobility devices
• CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement, Onsite training available for the right candidate
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• A high level of professionalism

Our drivers work on the front line ensuring all our riders receive safe and reliable transportation. The position is full-time but could be filled by two part-time drivers if necessary.

Position Requires:

• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and maneuver large mobility devices
• CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement, Onsite training available for the right candidate
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude

Volunteer Drivers for Stagecoach

Stagecoach is always looking for volunteer drivers. Our volunteer drivers provide an invaluable service for our community. Many residents need to get to medical appointments or buy food or have access to other critical services but have no transportation of their own and cannot use our buses.
