Stagecoach Transportation Services, Inc. (STSI) provides transportation services to the elderly, persons with disabilities, and general public across a 29 town area of northern Windsor and Orange Counties. This web site presents information as to the system’s route schedules for general public use as well as information on services available to senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and persons who are Medicaid eligible.

Our Mission
Stagecoach Transportation Services, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit corporation, whose mission is to:
- provide public transportation services, which are safe, reliable, and accessible, to the elderly, persons with disabilities, and general public of the greater Orange and Windsor Counties area;
- promote the conservation of energy resources through the development and operation of public transportation services;
- promote efficient and effective public transportation services, through a coordinated approach, in working with individuals, social service organizations, employers, state agencies, and government at the local, state and federal levels; and
- participate in public transportation planning and development, including informing the public of the environmental and economic advantages of public transportation.
